This is for the couple that has all the major details set. You’ve booked your venue, florist, photographer, and all major vendors but you need help putting it all together.  We will help you organize your day and pull together the loose ends. This package will start a few months before your wedding and includes:

• Timeline Planning: Review all details and logistics of event; walk thru event venue to discuss floor plan, flow, etc.

• Online Planning Tools:    Access to our  customized planning tools to fit your unique needs and timeline. This means that you’ll stay on top of your to-do list – but also keep communication key, to ensure the utmost organization.

• Logistics Coordination:  Create a complete production timeline for event, create vendor contact sheets and distribute to all vendors

​​

•  Wedding Party Timeline:  Create a specific timeline for wedding party; distribute and review at rehearsal or email the week of the wedding

​

• Ceremony and Reception Traditions: Coordination of ceremony and reception traditions (such as order of ceremony, first dance,bouquet toss, etc.)

• Advisement and Confirmations: Advise of gratuities and reconfirm all events details the week of the event including set up and strike times, vendor meals, and details that will make the event run smoothly

• Rehearsal: Direct or assist the rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, make announcements, distribute wedding party timeline, etc. in conjuncture with or in lieu of officiant

• Set up Décor and Design:  Work with the florist and other relevant parties and assist with labor and all details for décor the day of the event to assure proper and timely execution

• Production: Unlimited hours on your wedding day to supervise deliveries, setup, implementation and break down.  Supervise gift loading. Assist with clean-up of venue.

• Manage all moving pieces of the event:  Direction of vendors, attend to guest needs and inquires, troubleshoot challenging situations, etc.
